On which platforms do your indicators work?

Our indicators work only on the NinjaTrader platform.

Can I test the indicator before purchasing?

Yes, of course. We recommend testing the indicator before purchasing to ensure it suits your needs. We usually provide a 14-day trial period. Three days before the end of the trial period, a notification will appear in the indicator, informing you that the trial period is about to end.

How does the indicator purchase process work?

You purchase the indicator on our website. When making a purchase, you need to provide your NinjaTrader program's Machine ID. After that, we will activate your license for the specific indicator.

How do I find the Machine ID in the NinjaTrader program?

In the program, select: NT8 Control Panel -> Help -> About.

Is the indicator license time-limited?

No, the indicator license is perpetual and not time-limited. You pay only once.

Do I need to pay for new versions of the indicator?

No, all updates are free. When a new version of the indicator becomes available, we will send you an email with a download link for the update.

What should I do if my Machine ID changes and the license stops working?

Contact us, and we will issue you a new license for free and deactivate the old one.

Can I get a refund for a purchased indicator?

No, we do not offer refunds for several reasons. This is why we recommend testing the indicator before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.

What should I do if there is an error in the indicator?

Write to us and provide as much information as possible so that we can replicate the error on our side. Once the error is fixed, we will provide you with a new version of the indicator.
